Preparation and delivery of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The standard shipping method is Colissimo suivi, delivered with a signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The packages are oversized and protected.

Zéfal delivers the parcels only in Metropolitan France, except for spare parts. 

The delivery time indicated on the ZEFAL.COM website is an average time given as an indication.

In case of an order for several products, ZEFAL SA reserves the right to split the deliveries.

ZEFAL SA is automatically released from its obligations to deliver within the announced time limit in the following cases (and the customer may not claim any penalty or damages from ZEFAL SA):

  • Omission or inaccuracy concerning the information to be provided by the customer at the time of ordering,
  • Technical problems not attributable to ZEFAL SA,
  • Out of stock,
  • Failure of the carrier,
  • Force majeure and acts of God.

If ZEFAL SA is unable to supply the product ordered, ZEFAL SA will inform the customer and offer him/her the choice between reimbursement within thirty (30) days of the sums already paid for this order or delivery of an equivalent product.

The delivery is carried out by making the equipment available at the delivery address indicated by the customer. The delivery has the effect of transferring the risks to the client.

It is the responsibility of the client to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the package at the time of delivery and, if necessary, to record any reservations regarding apparent damage and/or missing items on the delivery note given to the carrier.

You are not satisfied?

Within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the equipment, you have the right to exchange or be reimbursed for any equipment that does not suit you, provided that it is returned to ZEFAL SA in new condition in its original packaging, with the invoice, and provided that it is not equipment made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. 

The return costs and risks related to the reshipment are at the customer's expense, returns with postage due being refused.

Equipment returned incomplete or damaged, without its packaging and/or without the invoice will not be taken back, reimbursed or exchanged by ZEFAL SA.

If a consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, he will be reimbursed for all the sums already paid for the purchase of the equipment concerned (return costs to be borne by the customer) by bank transfer within thirty (30) days of the day on which he exercised his right of withdrawal from ZEFAL SA, provided that the equipment has been received by ZEFAL SA under the conditions referred to above.
