A commitment to quality.

From conception to production, quality is a key element in the fabrication of our products.

All Zéfal items follow a comprehensive quality-control process during which numerous assurance tests are applied.  Our QC department does its utmost to ensure product quality with regular testing protocols that include: usage tests, durability, strength, and water-proofing among others…Random testing is conducted at the end of the production line to ensure product quality for the customer.

Moreover, to ensure the durability of Zéfal products, and with respect for the environment, we sell replacement parts for all of our pumps, including some items that are more than 30 years old. This is an additional guarantee to assure the longevity for our products.

Zéfal guarantee.

In the event of a product issue, Zéfal will replace any defective item, any non-conforming part, or any hidden defect for 2 years after the date of consumer purchase.  If the product is unavailable or no longer made, Zéfal will replace the item with a similar item from its line.

This guarantee exludes any inappropriate use or normal wear-and-tear from from regular use.
